Accommodation

Since there is a fair parallel to the conference, we pre-arranged hotel rooms in Göttingen, which can be booked during registration process by the participants.

If one of the hotel options is no longer mentioned during registration process, it is sold out.

The Hotel Stadt Hannover (***) is within 10 min walking distance (0.8 km/0.5 mi). Only small single rooms are available.

Costs: Single room 392 € incl. breakfast for 4 nights/14.-18. September

The Hotel Best Western (***) is within 35 min walking distance or 10 min by bus to the conference venue (3 km/2 mi, bus operates every 15-30 min). 


Costs: Double room 535 € incl. breakfast for 4 nights/14.-18. September

The Hotel Eden (****) is within 15 min walking distance (1 km/0.6 mi). Double rooms are available.

Costs: Double room 561 € incl. breakfast for 4 nights/14.-18. September

The Hotel Four Points Flex by Sheraton (****) is within 20 min walking distance (1.4 km/1 mi). Single and double rooms are available.

Costs: Single room 525 € incl. breakfast for 4 nights/14.-18. September

Costs: Double room 594 € incl. breakfast for 4 nights/14.-18. September

All double rooms can be used as single rooms, but cost the same. During registering, you will be asked, if you are using the room as a single or double room and, in the latter case, please name both persons. Of course, only one person needs to reserve and pay for the hotel room. If you require two invoices with different billing addresses for half of the hotel costs, please send an email to pcet5@uni-goettingen.de after registering.

Acceptance of posters will be given prior to the deadline of the early bird registration for students. Later registrations and abstract submissions are possible.

Registration, Dinner and Hotel fees cannot be reimbursed, when participants do not show up or cancel their trip.
