The decentralized equality representatives will be involved in the measures pertaining to personnel law for new recruitments of academic staff as well as of employees of the administration.

• Copy of the Checklist of the personnel department and the related documents; especially important are the applications received and the reason for the selection (point 4-8 of the checklist)
