Dr. Aylin Falkenberg

Josefine Neuhaus is research associate in the group physics and its didactics. Her research focuses on the teaching and learning of multiple representations with a particular focus on formulae. How are formulae perceived? How does an understanding of formulae develop? How are formulae associated with other representations? To gain insights into cognitive processes, she uses both eye-tracking and time-resolved handwriting analysis.
