The department has its own precision engineering workshop. In addition to the usual lathes and milling machines for manufacturing parts of various sizes, there is a forge and welding equipment for various materials. There are also numerous measurement solutions available for evaluating innovative technologies and forestry work processes according to ecological, economic and ergonomic aspects.
