Both faculties of GSGG have significantly more female than male students. However, the higher the level of qualification increases, the lower the proportion of women becomes. It is therefore our aim to support women during their careers in sciences and research. Female doctoral candidates and postdocs can participate in mentoring and qualification programmes for young female scientists and researchers organised by the faculties and the university:
