Description of activities as project coordinator:

  • Responsible for the financial management in Indonesia that includes planning, controlling and reporting to Göttingen
    • Organization and documentation of permits (in particular research permits) and ensuring that all research activities comply with the existing regulations of the partner
      • Organization and documentation of export and import licenses for scientific equipment and samples
        • Facilitating stakeholder and counterpart engagement
          • Management and documentation of international and intercultural cooperation. Ensuring the exchange of knowledge with the partner institutions and stakeholders
            • Organization of scientific workshops and meetings
              • Support and preparation of the scientists during their field stays
                • Responsible for managing the EFForTS office in Bogor
