Question: Are there any courses or lectures for which I need to register in advance?

Answer: There are courses (e.g. seminars) in which only a limited number of students can participate in almost every degree programme. The application process for these courses varies from lecturer to lecturer, it is therefore appropriate to look at the course descriptions in UniVZ or in StudIP, which also contains information about registration.
